Colleen Delany’s Nina is beguiling in her playful but nervous interactions with Konstantin (Nello DeBlasio)
Washington Post
Scenes play just right, including an encounter between Nina and Trigorin (Nick Sampson) in which he rather funnily describes the torture of being a writer, as well as the unraveling of Nina and Konstantin in the play’s quietly devastating final act.
Washington Post
Performances are bold and plenty emotional…with Norman Seltzer’s gentle, droll Sorin hovering above the fray.
